Talking therapies for people living with diabetes

Two hour group session : an introduction to talking therapies

Talking Therapies has been designed to help people living with diabetes who want to look after their mental wellbeing*.

Living with a long term condition can add to the stresses of everyday life with many people finding that their diabetes can impact on their emotions and quality of life.

We are excited to be able to offer, free of charge, a valuable opportunity to meet with NHS therapists experienced in supporting people living with diabetes.

The sessions will signpost individuals to the support that is available, as well as, how to understand and evaluate their mental health.
